The staff was so helpful and nice, especially with directions! I really liked the proximity to the city center. It made exploring easy. The room was very clean on arrival. A welcome sight after traveling!

convenient location friendly staff super clean room nearby store
I was actually surprised by how close the hotel was to everything. A short walk took me to the main attractions. the staff were friendly and always ready to help, a real plus. my room, a superior double or twin room, was super clean, which i always appreciate. i also liked that i could easily grab water and snacks at a nearby store.
I noticed the lift was quite small. It only fits two people with luggage.

the front desk staff was really helpful during my arrival. they quickly assisted with my luggage storage after checkout, which i appreciated. the room service was prompt, i got water quickly. the hotel's central location made exploring easy, with many attractions nearby.
the wifi signal was a bit weak in certain areas of the room.

foul smell no forewarning
the location was central to the train station and the historical center. it seemed like a safe area..
i was disappointed that the plumbing system contaminated our room with a foul smell. the hotel management knew about the issue but gave us no forewarning. each day i arrived in my room, i experienced the smell of sewage. opening the balcony door helped..

the room had a good size. i found a generous refreshments tray and toiletries. towels in the bathroom were good quality, nothing to complain about. the bed seemed firm, this help me rest well.
the elevator was tiny, i barely fit inside with my luggage.
